Cold water plants (chillers)

In a chiller, cold water is made by means of a refrigeration system.

This cold water is used for

• Climate control in large rooms or for air conditioning in offices.
• Cooling of industrial liquids, machines and equipment, cooling of extruders in the plastic industry etc.

Climate control in rooms or big areas

The cold water system is connected by means of a closed cold water circuit with an air handling unit. From this unit, the cold air is circulated around the room.

Cooling of industrial liquids or machinery

If the production process has no cooling plant, the proper solution will be a chiller.
The refrigerant in the chiller will extract heat from the water or other liquid needed for the production process. The heat extracted from the process water or liquid will be removed by fans in the condenser.
